Bathroom Vanity Shipping & Handeling

Our bathroom vanities prices are FOB Glendale, California. According to your request, we will arrange shipments for you. Generally, we ship/deliver to your commercial and residential address. If you request a residential delivery, we will need to make a special arrangement for you accordingly.
Without otherwise notice, we assume that your shipping address is commercial with a loading dock. Please note that any additional freight carrier's fees such as special lift gate services, residential delivery and re-delivery charge are the responsibility of customer. If you need any special services, please notify us and make payment prior to the shipping arrangement. Otherwise, all such additional charges shall be re-billed to your account or charged to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You are advised not to book your plumber or carry out any preparatory work on your bathroom until your goods have arrived and been checked. DesignCo cannot accept any liability for losses accruing from plumber or preparatory costs.
The steam showers, whirlpool bathtubs and sauna units are considered bulky items. Your items will be delivered by a single driver. Therefore, please make sure there is an able bodied person available to help our delivery person unload the items.

Damage and Shortage Shipment

It is your responsibility to inspect the conditions and quantities of your freight prior to signing the delivery receipt. If any visible damage or shortage is found, you shall make a note on the delivery receipt. By signing your name without any note to the damages (minor or major), you agree on receiving the freight in apparently good condition and exact quantities. We are not reliable for any minor or major damages that are not noted onto the delivery receipt.
Any damage that is not visible at the time of delivery considered concealed loss or damage. You must open all received boxes and inspect products for concealed damage within 7 days of delivery.
Any damage or shortage claims must be reported to Silk road exclusive via e-mail or fax. No loss or damage claims will be accepted 7 days after the delivery. At least four clear pictures of any damages to be either e-mailed or mailed to our claim department at contact@CaliBath.com. Should you have any questions, please call 1-818-303-1358 for assistance.
If you arrange a shipment by yourself, and the freight is lost or damaged, you shall be responsible for filing claims against your carrier.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for all refused shipment. Return will be subject to inspection, until then, you will be reimbursed for credits base on inspection.

Defective Item Refunds & Exchanges

All defective returns and exchanges must be authorized by DesignCo. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for all refused shipment. Return will be subject to inspection, until then, you will be reimbursed for credits base on inspection. Defective returns or exchange must be claimed within 30 calendar days of delivery.
All defects returned and exchanged must be in original packaging, otherwise 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Return & Exchange

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned and exchanged merchandise. All returned and exchanged must be in original packaging and authorize by DesignCo. All return merchandise must be notified no later than 7 days of delivery date. All return and exchange must be authorized by DesignCo. We are not reliable for returned that are damage in any condition. Exchanges that are notified after 7 days of delivery date will NOT BE ACCEPTED. We will not be reliable for exchanges that are mishandled or broken by the purchaser. Exchange merchandise that is used, will not be accepted. All return and exchange that are shipped out of the continental USA will not be accepted. Purchaser are responsible for all return and exchange shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders that are not confirmed within 3 days of receiving Purchase order will be cancelled. Orders are not held for more than 3 business days. Orders that are not yet shipped can be cancelled. There will be a 5% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card.

Terms and Conditions

The stones are all natural. Polishes on stone are a change in the surface of the stone itself, not anything applied to the surface.

Back Ordering

If your order is not in stock then a member of our sales team will contact you and give you a revised delivery date. At this point you have the option to withdraw the order if you are unable to wait.

Guarantee

All parts include a 48 month guarantee against defects. In the unlikely event that a defect develops in one of the parts then please contact our sales team who will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Please note, DesignCo recommend that a trained engineer fit the spare part. DeaignCo cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Other

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.
